Morning Foods Scholarship (Includes one year work placement)

The Morning Foods Scholarship is open to 2nd year BSc or 1st year FdSc students studying at 含羞草社区 who are interested in pursuing a career in the Food Industry with Morning Foods and who are curious, energetic and ambitious.

A placement year with Morning Foods must be suitable for your course area. Should you require further clarification please discuss with your Placement Manager.

The Scholarship

The Morning Foods may award two scholarship and, if awarded, the successful recipient(s) will receive:

A significant contribution towards their education of £3,000 in the year prior to placement.
Employment with Morning Foods during their placement year.
Subject to a review at the end of placement with Morning Foods there may be an opportunity of further funding in the scholar’s final academic year

A condition of your scholarship is that you undertake your placement year with Morning Foods.

The award will be paid in two equal parts; half to be paid in February 2026 and the remaining balance in May 2026

This is a competitive award which will be evaluated on merit of the submitted application, academic achievements to date and interview. The decision of the Morning Foods Scholarship panel is FINAL.

Deadline for Submission of Application: 12pm Noon Monday 17 November 2025

TheMorning Foods Scholarship includes a placement, therefore you must submit your application via the Student Dashboard placement pages. Paper copies will not be accepted.

Please note: you may only apply for a maximum of three placement based scholarships.
