The Andersons Centre Scholarship is open to all 2nd year BSc and 1st year FdSc students studying on Agriculture with Farm Business Management degree or Agribusiness Management degree at º¬Ðß²ÝÉçÇø who are interested in pursuing a career in Agricultural Consultancy and Research and have the desire and drive to work within expert consultancy services.
Please note: a placement year with The Andersons Centre must be suitable for your course area. Should you require further clarification please discuss with your Placement Manager.
The Scholarship
If awarded, the successful recipient will receive:
- A significant contribution towards their education of £2,000.
- This award will be split into £1000 in their second year and £1000 in their final year (subject to review)
- Employment with The Andersons Centre during their placement year with a salary of circa £20,000 for a 52- week placement (or relevant Living Wage if higher)
- The Andersons Centre will assist with finding local accommodation if needed
The award will be paid in two equal parts; half to be paid in February 2026 and the remaining balance in May 2026
This is a competitive award which will be evaluated on merit of the submitted application, academic achievements to date and interview. The decision of The Andersons Centre Scholarship panel is FINAL.

The Andersons Centre Scholarship includes a placement, therefore you must submit your application via the Student Dashboard placement pages. Paper copies will not be accepted.
Please note: you may only apply for a maximum of three placement based scholarships.
